We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws. However, we do not have any obligation to monitor or review User-Generated Content, and we are not responsible for any User-Generated Content that is not removed or edited.
Some services may require payment of fees. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. czernovice reserves the right to change its fees at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already incurred.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when you register for a paid service. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that you will promptly update your account information if there are any changes to your payment method.

In no event shall czernovice’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services. The limitations set forth in this section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
